Our Commitment

Every session we conduct is a live, interactive online workshop designed for focused learning. Since we maintain limited seats and plan resources in advance, we follow a strict but fair policy.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our workshops and limited availability, we do not offer refunds once a seat is booked.

The only exception applies in case of duplicate payments caused by a technical error. In such cases, the extra amount will be refunded.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the live session (no-show) does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person or request a shift to a future session.

Please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to process your request.

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In rare situations where we reschedule or cancel a session, you will be offered a seat in the next available batch.

If the new schedule does not work for you, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.

Agreement

By purchasing a workshop, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
