Registration & Digital Access

Once you successfully purchase a seat for our online workshop, your registration is confirmed. Access links and login credentials will be delivered to your registered email address or WhatsApp number.

This is a live digital event. No physical tickets will be shipped. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device (Laptop/Smartphone) to attend the session.

Intellectual Property & Recording

All content, including techniques, frameworks, and masterclass materials shared during the session, are the intellectual property of Paras Shah Academy.

Unauthorized recording, screen-sharing, or distribution of the workshop content is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to immediate removal and potential legal action.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our services and limited seating capacity, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may request a transfer of your seat to a future date or to another person by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

Online Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully in the chat and live interaction zones. Any disruptive behavior, spamming, or inappropriate language will result in removal from the Zoom/Online session without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Paras Shah Academy is not liable for technical issues on the participant's end (e.g., power failure, poor internet) or for any incidental damages arising from participation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
